The group class will meet once a week for 10 weeks and we'll cover  every topic needed to get you started in real estate investing. The meetings last around 45 minutes and are recorded for future reference. You also get any and all materials used during the course such as analyzing tools and expense tracking tools.
The topics covered include how to find your first deal, how to analyze deals, how to properly vet and build your team, how to close on a deal, how to manage a deal after purchase, tenant selection/payment management and how to scale.
