Individual Coaching

One on one coaching is for someone that feels like they are ready to get started and want to speed up the process. 
You'll get the entire group class but on a schedule that works for you. We can finish the course in as little as a day before we start the next steps of finding you a deal.
Following the course, I will assist you in finding your actual deal. I will help you find an agent, find a lender and walk you through analyzing deals,  pick out the best one and help you close on the deal! I'll even walk you through finding tenants, getting paid and managing your property.
